Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close large-scale, high-value business opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, automotive, and government sectors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to drive strategic outcomes.
• Assess commercial opportunities by evaluating financial viability, ROI, payback periods, and long-term strategic alignment.
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements involving hardware, software platforms, and revenue-sharing models.
• Lead cross-functional deal execution by coordinating with sales, finance, legal, technical, and operations teams.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships to support sustainable business growth and market expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, strategic business development, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of leading and closing complex B2B transactions.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in ROI, IRR, and payback analysis.
• Solid understanding of contract structuring and commercial negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Previous exposure to the energy, utilities, electric mobility, or telecommunications infrastructure sectors.
• Experience working with large system integrators or public-private partnership (PPP) models.
