Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate through main channels to respond to requirements or support needs
- Support business-as-usual operations and ensure flawless execution
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and existing partners
- Oversee opportunities to drive partner growth through provided tools and mechanics
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in business development, ad-tech, digital marketing solutions, or sales & marketing
- Understanding of basic operations, claim processes, and technical knowledge
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
