Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth for Medical Device Management & Compliance services through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
• Represent the organization as a trusted partner for medical device regulatory and certification solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration objectives
• Identify and manage sales opportunities related to ISO 13485, MDSAP, and regulatory compliance (EU MDR, FDA, ASEAN)
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Collaborate with operations, technical, and marketing teams to ensure accurate service delivery and campaign development
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within medical device or regulatory services
• Experience interacting with medical device manufacturers, distributors, or importers
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and quality management systems
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to certification bodies, notified bodies, or testing/inspection organizations
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDSAP, EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR, and/or ASEAN medical device regulations
