Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and outbound calls to potential partners
- Research potential leads from business directories and digital resources
- Build and maintain business relationships with current and potential partners
- Deliver Hudle App demos and create informative presentations
- Maintain and regularly update Sales CRM (Freshsales)
- Onboard sports facilities and manage 100-150 partner venues in an assigned region
- Drive transaction growth for partner venues through innovative execution
- Ensure correctness of venue listing details like address, price, and availability
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business and partnership opportunities
- Close deals and manage the partner closing process
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language
- Graduation in any specialization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Tenacity to handle rejection with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
