About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and acquiring new clients
  • Drive incremental growth of ePlus services within the assigned region
  • Expand existing client relationships and business opportunities
  • Mentor Business Development Executives and Associates
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Manage and meet assigned Annuity Services quotas
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue generation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in services and solutions sales
  • Proven success selling to CXO and VP level executives
  • Extensive experience selling complex ratable services
  • Experience with significant business development responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel to assigned territories
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix managed environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Previous sales leadership experience
