About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for identifying and acquiring new clients
- Drive incremental growth of ePlus services within the assigned region
- Expand existing client relationships and business opportunities
- Mentor Business Development Executives and Associates
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to deliver effective solutions
- Manage and meet assigned Annuity Services quotas
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue generation
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in services and solutions sales
- Proven success selling to CXO and VP level executives
- Extensive experience selling complex ratable services
- Experience with significant business development responsibilities
- Willingness to travel to assigned territories
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a matrix managed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Previous sales leadership experience
