Senior Business Development Director

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and strategy for business within the Business Development team focusing on top Independent agencies
• Oversee and build relationships with senior leadership at dedicated Indy agencies
• Build and execute multi-year growth strategies for key independent agencies
• Run quarterly executive QBRs to track progress and identify acceleration opportunities
• Lead the structuring and negotiation of large client commercial agreements
• Communicate platform value through detailed product demonstrations
• Lead responses to RFPs and new inner agency opportunities
• Partner with Advertiser teams on account health and expansion
• Deliver ongoing education through town halls, workshops, and custom curriculums
• Support agencies in winning new brand business with insights and measurement frameworks

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of professional experience
• Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, or DSP
• Deep experience in consultative selling (SaaS/Enterprise, digital media, or programmatic)
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strategic client relationships
• Strong quantitative skills and negotiation capability for large agency deals
• Ability to influence C-level clients
• Existing relationships with decision makers at major Independent agencies
• Proven ability to manage within a matrix environment
