Senior Business Development Director

Responsibilities

• Develop a vision and strategy for TTD’s business within the Business Development team
• Oversee and build upon relationships with senior leadership at Holding Companies
• Work cross-functionally with global client services and trading teams to cultivate accounts
• Participate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs
• Lead in structuring and negotiating large client spend endeavors and JBPs
• Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities
• Identify and develop unrivaled selling propositions and differentiators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, masters preferred
• 15-20+ years of experience in digital advertising in outbound sales
• Experience in programmatic advertising preferred
• Outstanding sales leadership experience with a track record of winning net new accounts
• Experience working with media agencies and brands
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to manage commercial negotiations
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
• Strong communication skills for C-level client interaction
• Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, or DSP preferred
