Senior Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitches, RFPs, and client-facing materials, including leading strategy sessions and tracking outcomes
• Draft and maintain practice-specific marketing materials, experience lists, and matter collections
• Update digital channels with practice descriptions, representative matter lists, and attorney biographies
• Support client targeting and teaming efforts to identify and grow high-value client relationships
• Collaborate with intelligence and CRM teams to prepare research reports and maintain high-quality client data
• Contribute to the execution of seminars, events, and conference sponsorships
• Act as a lead on departmental or firm-wide projects as assigned

Requirements

• University degree
• 3+ years of experience in professional services, specifically with transactional experience
• Proven experience supporting business pitches or learning programs
• Experience managing or line managing junior team members
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity and comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Co-Pilot
• Strong project management, time management, and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities in a high-stakes environment

• Experience working with CRM systems
