About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare pitches, RFPs, and client-facing materials, including leading strategy sessions and tracking outcomes
- Draft and maintain practice-specific marketing materials, experience lists, and matter collections
- Update digital channels with practice descriptions, representative matter lists, and attorney biographies
- Support client targeting and teaming efforts to identify and grow high-value client relationships
- Collaborate with intelligence and CRM teams to prepare research reports and maintain high-quality client data
- Contribute to the execution of seminars, events, and conference sponsorships
- Act as a lead on departmental or firm-wide projects as assigned
Requirements
- University degree
- 3+ years of experience in professional services, specifically with transactional experience
- Proven experience supporting business pitches or learning programs
- Experience managing or line managing junior team members
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity and comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Co-Pilot
- Strong project management, time management, and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities in a high-stakes environment

- Experience working with CRM systems
