Senior Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support business development, marketing, communications, and research for the Asia Pacific Tax and Employment & Compensation practice groups
• Lead and coordinate pitches, client initiatives, webinars, podcasts, roadshows, seminars, and regional events
• Prepare and maintain practice group marketing materials, capability statements, pitch templates, deals lists, and website content
• Conduct strategic research on companies, industries, markets, and client opportunities
• Track budgets, update reports, manage mailing lists, and maintain BD infrastructure and databases
• Coordinate rankings, awards, and directory submissions with internal teams and lawyers
• Liaise with regional BD, marketing, design, finance, and administrative teams to ensure consistent delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven event coordination and project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, regional, and virtual team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Asia Pacific or multi-office teams
• Familiarity with rankings, awards, and legal directory submissions
• Business acumen and interest in market and industry trends
