Senior Business Developer

Responsibilities

• Position Valtech as a trusted consultative advisor for clients across Germany and/or Switzerland
• Define and execute a focused go-to-market strategy to win net-new enterprise clients
• Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to solution design and closing
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, partner referrals, and personal networks
• Lead RFP processes and pitch teams with a focus on value-based selling
• Collaborate with marketing, demand generation, and strategic technology partners to drive growth
• Maintain transparent and up-to-date forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce
• Represent Valtech at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales within a digital agency or consulting environment
• Track record of selling complex, multi-year engagements involving digital experience, strategy, data, and technology
• Strong existing network in Germany or Switzerland, including enterprise decision-makers and C-level contacts
• Experience owning and delivering against multi-million euro revenue targets
• Fluency in both German and English
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
• High level of drive and the ability to adapt quickly to a changing digital landscape
