Senior Business Developer

Responsibilities

• Create a strong customer base and introduce diverse services to targeted clients
• Maintain updated CRM records of all sales activities
• Identify prospects through cold-calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct competitor research on products, pricing, and market trends
• Prepare custom quotes and proposals in collaboration with internal teams
• Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
• Cultivate long-term relationships with major customers to ensure revenue flow
• Analyze sales metrics and report effectiveness to the Business Developer Manager
• Train and assist Business Development Representatives with technical questions and know-how transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, PR, or a relevant field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in sales management, advertising, media, or business development
• Experience working within a creative agency or a company's sales and marketing department

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the GCC market
