About the role
Responsibilities
- Rebuild and expand the hotel portfolio by sourcing new partners across Guadeloupe & Martinique
- Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns to hit revenue targets
- Act as the face of Voyage Privé by pitching and onboarding new hotel partners
- Develop new product formats such as tours, circuits, and island-hopping experiences
- Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Marketing teams to maximize campaign performance
- Monitor seasonal risks and build contingency plans
- Travel regularly to meet partners on the islands and represent the company at industry events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement
- Strong sourcing appetite and ability to build partnerships from scratch
- High level of resilience and ambition
- Senior-level negotiation skills with GMs and Revenue Managers
- Data-driven mindset with ability to identify performance gaps
- Fluency in French and English
- Willingness to travel regularly to Guadeloupe and Martinique
Preferred Qualifications
- Market knowledge of the French Antilles hospitality landscape
- Existing contacts with local hoteliers and DMCs
- Proficiency in Spanish
