Senior Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with finance and business stakeholders to transform ambiguous requirements into clear, prioritized scope.
• Produce decision-ready documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, as-is/to-be process maps, and gap analyses.
• Utilize SDG’s proprietary AI accelerators to speed up requirements capture, analysis, and documentation.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure solutions solve real-world problems.
• Define success metrics upfront and drive engagements toward measurable, value-generating outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, finance transformation, or finance/FP&A roles.
• Strong finance literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, allocations, or variance analysis.
• Proven business analysis rigor with expertise in structured discovery, clean documentation, and gap analysis.
• Excellent written communication skills and a delivery-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platforms.
• Previous consulting background or experience working within the GCC/MENA region.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or FP&A.
