Senior Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting and implementation services to customers, focusing on business requirements gathering, functional solutions, and testing.
• Conduct business requirement analysis and gap analysis to recommend optimal strategies based on customer goals.
• Facilitate and lead business process and configuration workshops.
• Provide functional and business leadership to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee and guide Learning and Talent implementation projects.
• Support Pre-Sales engagements during the presentation and scoping phases.
• Contribute to internal best practices and serve as a subject-matter expert in relevant practice areas.
• Manage project workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery on schedule.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of consulting experience in the HCM space.
• 5+ years of experience working on medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze root causes logically.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to command customer confidence.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive group discussions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree with a Business major and a technical minor.
• Extensive experience with enterprise HCM software implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Kantata (Mavenlink).
