Senior Business Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business architecture artifacts, including capability maps, value streams, and roadmaps
• Translate business strategy into actionable frameworks to guide investment decisions and technology alignment
• Analyze complex business problems to identify architecture-driven solutions
• Provide architecture input during strategy development, business case creation, and solution design
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive alignment between business and technology teams
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure business needs are reflected in technology solutions
• Support governance processes by promoting the adoption of architecture standards and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in software application development, OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of experience in software application development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business process and road mapping
• Experience in cross-functional project or strategy development
• Experience with enterprise or business architecture practices
• Background in banking operations, fintech, or digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of business architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or BIAN
