Senior Business Applications Analyst (Workday/UKG)

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, optimization, and integration of Workday and UKG platforms to enhance workforce technology and business processes.
• Drive the advancement of Workday functionality, including emerging automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Act as a liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to identify system needs and implement modifications.
• Serve as a Project Manager for major system upgrades, maintenance, and new application implementations.
• Independently address complex design decisions, data structures, and workflows across the organization.
• Provide analytical assistance and mentorship to junior team members to resolve application incidents and enhancement requests.
• Coordinate application support with Sys Admins, DBAs, Networking, and Reporting teams.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience in healthcare-related positions.
• Proven experience as a system analyst or in a vendor-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically managing major projects.
• Experience working within an acute healthcare setting or a vendor environment.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Certification(s) required for those positions supporting an Epic application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Documented knowledge and experience in PMO methodology and tools.
