Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, roadmap, and sprint planning activities.
• Partner with business, technology, UX, and QA teams to drive successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary client-facing representative for the program to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, banker productivity, and sales effectiveness.
• Define business KPIs, track outcomes, and support UAT and release activities.
• Collaborate with Data & AI teams to enable analytics, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a related role.
• Strong expertise in requirements management, process analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading business discussions independently.
• Extensive experience within the Banking and Financial Services domain, specifically in Consumer or Business Banking, Customer Acquisition, or Sales Excellence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Credit Card products or Merchant Payment Solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM and Sales Enablement platforms.
• Experience working on Data, Analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Knowledge of personalization, customer engagement, and recommendation platforms.
• Agile certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or CBAP.
