Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of project tasks and activities
• Lead specific project workstreams or sub-teams to ensure project goals are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and escalate issues
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed according to schedule
• Communicate project progress and updates to internal stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure alignment with overall project goals
• Work with product and business teams to prioritize enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a product-focused role
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and user feedback
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Background in the lending industry
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau
