Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for project implementation
• Work with technical teams to configure platforms for client onboarding, including data migration and configurations
• Collaborate with Project and Program Managers to ensure requirements align with project scope
• Create test cases and validation criteria to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and successful Go-live transitions
• Prepare and maintain business documentation and user manuals
• Provide initial post-go-live support to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis
• Proven experience in a product-focused role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Experience with process mapping

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the lending or financial services industry
