Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions.
• Manage end-to-end functional requirements across the digital product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
• Resolve blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
• Support client product owners in finalizing requirement details and articulating decisions.
• Transfer completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensure clarity.
• Assist in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
• Serve as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in driving the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA.
• Proven track record in gathering and managing functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and active participation in agile ceremonies.
• Strong communication skills to support client product owners and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize backlog functionality in line with strategic goals.
