Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead problem definition and shaping for digital transformation
• Support RFI processes to explore market and emerging capabilities
• Enable cross-functional alignment across portfolios and teams
• Facilitate workshops to drive clarity among diverse stakeholders
• Contribute to ecosystem thinking by integrating multiple platforms
• Drive data-led thinking including shared data and AI enablement
• Map how work, data, and decisions flow across systems and teams
• Structure options, trade-offs, and recommendations for decision-making

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale transformation programmes (ERP or digital)
• Proven ability to shape problems and influence direction in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with senior leaders
• Experience facilitating workshops in ambiguous environments
• Ability to translate evolving concepts into clear requirements and artefacts
• Experience supporting RFI/RFx processes and evaluating solutions
• Ability to think in ecosystems and integrate platforms and data
• Understanding of cross-system work and decision flows
• Ability to operate across both early shaping and downstream delivery
