Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis, including gathering requirements and redesigning processes to support Information and Technology services.
• Operate independently to deliver strategic improvements and support the effective implementation and maintenance of IT services.
• Support program governance, planning, and delivery through risk management, documentation, and adherence to established frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to influence decisions, support change management, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a business discipline or equivalent competency.
• Substantial technology experience in a Business Analyst role or a role involving business process re-engineering within large, complex organisations.
• Demonstrated expertise in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, testing, and verification.
• Knowledge of business analysis frameworks, such as BABOK or Agile BA.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach.
