Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data initiatives from discovery through execution and deployment for global telecom optimization.
• Develop and deploy custom AI tools and notebook-based LLMs to automate legacy analysis and extract insights from unstructured data.
• Utilize BigQuery daily to manage, query, and manipulate massive, complex telecom datasets.
• Write expert-level SQL and Python scripts to automate data pipelines and analytical models.
• Build, maintain, and scale high-impact dashboards and visualizations within Tableau and DOMO.
• Translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations for executive leadership to drive cost savings.
• Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders to design targeted data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Data Science.
• 2+ years of experience in a senior or project-leading capacity.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in deep ad hoc analysis and data validation.
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Demonstrated experience building advanced data models and interactive dashboards in Tableau and DOMO.
• Experience building and deploying notebook-based LLMs (e.g., Jupyter, Colab).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Telecommunications Management or global network analytics.
• Experience migrating legacy reporting infrastructure into cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning open-source LLMs for business intelligence.
