Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Logistics stakeholders to understand business challenges and strategic priorities.
• Take ownership of business challenges by scoping solutions and defining implementation roadmaps.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data views by aggregating data from multiple systems including SQL and Tableau.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending AI-assisted automation solutions.
• Generate strategic business cases and ROI analyses to connect data insights to executive strategy.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Manage transactional system movements and logistics coordination (approximately 30% of the role).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Expert-level SQL and data querying skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets and/or Google Apps Script for workflow automation.
• Strong project management capabilities and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Repair Q, or Cynergy.
• Experience with generative AI platforms or TELUS FueliX.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
