Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions across Finance, GTM, and Operations teams
• Design future-state processes and operating models for Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and other critical workflows
• Perform gap analysis between existing operations and ERP or automation platform capabilities
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and business requirements documents
• Manage requirement traceability throughout project lifecycles
• Facilitate decision-making across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams
• Partner with the Intelligent Automation team to evaluate AI and automation solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis experience with expertise in Finance and GTM business processes
• Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Billing, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
• Proven ability to document current-state processes and design future-state operating models
• Strong experience with process mapping and requirements gathering methodologies
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Power Platform, or UiPath

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process mining tools or data analysis
• Experience with AI and automation technologies
• Background in the technology sector or experience leading process transformation initiatives
