Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis and business process modeling
- Prepare Agile artifacts and documentation by gathering and validating stakeholder requirements
- Handle day-to-day change requests in relation to project plans to maintain timelines
- Evaluate risks related to new developments by designing and executing test scenarios and scripts
- Engage in planning and project meetings to ensure client business requirements are represented
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the insurance or financial sector
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies such as Agile, RAD, or Waterfall
- Proficiency in business process modeling and mapping
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation techniques
- Understanding of project management fundamentals
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Experience in risk assessment and management
