About the role
Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze business requirements and system specifications to ensure business objectives are met
- Develop requirements documentation in coordination with stakeholders and portfolio management teams
- Communicate requirements effectively between business domains and technology domains
- Work across project lifecycles to ensure alignment of work products with business requirements
- Ensure traceability of use cases to business solutions and test cases
- Maintain relationships with internal business and IT teams to align projects with technology strategies
- Support change analysis, approvals, testing, and implementation
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system for all project and change documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis
- At least 2 years of experience within the banking industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English and Arabic
