Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business requirements and system specifications to ensure business objectives are met
• Develop requirements documentation in coordination with stakeholders and portfolio management teams
• Communicate requirements effectively between business domains and technology domains
• Work across project lifecycles to ensure alignment of work products with business requirements
• Ensure traceability of use cases to business solutions and test cases
• Maintain relationships with internal business and IT teams to align projects with technology strategies
• Support change analysis, approvals, testing, and implementation
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system for all project and change documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis
• At least 2 years of experience within the banking industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluent in English and Arabic
