About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct analysis of business processes and workflows to identify optimization areas
- Define and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories with cross-functional teams
- Develop detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in the design and implementation of digital banking, loan, and corporate banking services
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions
- Provide implementation support including user training and change management
- Act as a subject matter expert on banking products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry
- Experience with local banks in Saudi Arabia preferred
- Knowledge of digital banking loans or corporate banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience in Agile environments
