Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct analysis of business processes and workflows to identify optimization areas
• Define and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories with cross-functional teams
• Develop detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in the design and implementation of digital banking, loan, and corporate banking services
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions
• Provide implementation support including user training and change management
• Act as a subject matter expert on banking products and services
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry
• Experience with local banks in Saudi Arabia preferred
• Knowledge of digital banking loans or corporate banking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Experience in Agile environments
