Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities
• Define and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating closely with IT teams
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions, loan products, and corporate banking services
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business needs
• Provide implementation support, including user training, change management, and post-implementation assistance
• Act as a subject matter expert on banking products and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking industry
• Proven experience in digital banking loans or corporate banking
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience working within an Agile environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
