Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics and reporting for utilization, capacity planning, and operational KPIs to drive business performance
• Partner with North America leadership and Finance to support P&L management, revenue forecasting, and budget planning
• Deliver accurate and timely business reporting, including monthly and quarterly dashboards for executive stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Develop and maintain analytics tools and dashboards using Power BI to visualize trends and enable informed decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, business performance, or a technology-enabled environment
• Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, SQL, VBA, macros, Excel, and financial modeling
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities from concept to execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders
• Ability to attend the Toronto office at least two days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical or technical field
