Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business requirements discovery and analysis for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform capabilities.
• Translate HR strategies and operational needs into clear, testable business requirements and scalable technology solutions.
• Support the Core HR product roadmap through backlog refinement, prioritization, and dependency identification.
• Perform end-to-end analysis of current-state processes and design standardized, future-state solutions.
• Partner with HR Operations, Technology teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery outcomes.
• Define testing strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including defect triage and validation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned HR applications, providing impact assessments and sustainment support.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digital optimization to improve user experiences.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Hands-on technical and operational experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform.
• Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, integrations, and data flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence across business and technology teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset.
