Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional expert and point of contact for partners and customers during complex integration projects.
• Lead workshops with partners to analyze business requirements, define technical specifications, and present viable solution options.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Solution Architects to ensure successful project execution.
• Create detailed technical concepts and independently perform system configurations within the SCAYLE backend, including product data models and checkout features.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, developer coordination, UAT testing, and go-live support.
• Provide expert consultation to partners and support Account Managers with live support topics.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
• Strong technical understanding and expertise in technical solution design with external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead customers, perform requirement analysis, and manage complex conceptual tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to facilitate challenging workshops and meetings.
• A proactive, hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or professional experience in the E-commerce industry.
• A degree in Business Informatics or a similar field of study.
