Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional point of contact and SCAYLE expert for partners and clients during complex integration projects.
• Lead workshops with partners to analyze business needs, define requirements, and prepare viable solution options.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Solution Architects to ensure successful project delivery.
• Write detailed technical concepts and perform hands-on configurations in the SCAYLE backend, including product data modeling and checkout features.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, concept design, developer alignment, UAT testing, and Go-live support.
• Provide expert consulting to partners and assist Account Managers with live support topics.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional work experience, including at least 2 years as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
• Proven experience working within an E-Commerce environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience in technical solution-finding with external stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and conceptual skills with the ability to work independently.
• Superior communication skills to manage and align diverse stakeholder groups in intense workshop environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in the German language.
