Senior Business Analyst - SAP OTC

Responsibilities

• Align SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions with evolving business needs within a global SAP program
• Support business processes including Order Management, Contract Management, Supply Assignment, Outbound Delivery, Pricing, and Returns Processing
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve business and system-related issues within the Order to Cash (OTC) domain
• Interface directly with business leadership to clarify needs, priorities, and strategic objectives
• Participate as a key project team member in global SAP initiatives and ERP transformation programs
• Collaborate with consulting partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• 3+ years of experience implementing SAP SD within the fashion industry (using SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion)
• Proven experience with Order Management, Contract Management, and Pricing processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP distribution integration with external Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience with at least one or two full-cycle ERP Transformation programs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, diverse team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of S4/Hana FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, and Transactional apps
• Understanding of technical components required to support business process integration across different functional tracks
