Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics initiatives to resolve complex problems in the Transaction Tax space using machine learning and automation
• Design, deploy, and manage analytic workflows to streamline document processing and data extraction
• Train machine learning models to extract text from unstructured documents using OCR and text mining tools
• Build and manage Alteryx workflows and macros using Excel and Access VBA to reduce manual intervention
• Perform data importing, cleansing, transforming, and modeling tasks from various ERP and accounting systems
• Collaborate with global teams in India and the U.S. to gather requirements and communicate project status
• Develop user test cases and administer user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions in SQL databases, Python, or VBA
• 2+ years of experience with Alteryx
• Knowledge of accounting processes as they apply to ERP systems
• Exposure to reinforcement learning techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
