Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact initiatives and provide strategic guidance to drive process modernization across the enterprise
• Provide senior program and project management support, including the development of strategic plans, policies, and SOPs
• Lead process improvement and re-engineering efforts using methodologies such as Six Sigma and ITIL
• Craft and deliver executive-level briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans for senior leadership
• Mentor team members on mission assurance, continuity planning, and analytical product development
• Utilize Tableau for data visualization to support business functions and leadership requirements
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint instances and other web-based tools
• Conduct in-depth analysis of metrics and data to provide actionable insights on organizational performance
• Represent the organization in meetings and facilitate data-related working groups with IC and DoD partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 12+ years of relevant experience in program management, GEOINT/IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis
• Active Top Secret SCI security clearance
• Proven experience leading diverse teams and mentoring staff in complex subject areas
• Advanced proficiency with SharePoint and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar process improvement methodologies
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for presenting complex strategies to senior leadership
