Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigative work to identify and extract relevant data for critical decision-making
• Structure and analyze large volumes of data to improve Nubank's efficiency and customer experience
• Support data-based decision-making by monitoring analysis and managing calculated risks
• Design and execute tests to validate solutions and improve product interactions
• Collaborate with technical and business areas to ensure project flow and alignment with company goals

Requirements

• Strong analytical capacity with ease in mathematical problem-solving and calculations
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with AB testing methodologies
• Understanding of business risk assessment and the dynamics between risks and opportunities
• Ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and multifunctional environment
• Willingness to learn new tools and incorporate feedback into daily development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Scala
• Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights
