Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications
• Perform business process modelling and document current and future state requirements
• Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and manage backlogs, epics, features, and tasks
• Design and implement business solutions through effective problem-solving and stakeholder management
• Provide expert advice and guidance to upskill client teams and improve delivery outcomes

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex business environments
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and business case development
• Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and software requirements
• Deep expertise in CRM solution design and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Project Ops), Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Strong communication and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Government or Public sector
• Experience working on a mix of business systems and infrastructure projects
