Senior Business Analyst - Medical Analytics

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights to inform Medical Affairs strategy, planning, and resource allocation
• Design and implement performance measurement frameworks to assess engagement quality and strategic outcomes
• Develop and evolve KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives and therapeutic area priorities
• Partner with Medical Affairs leaders to translate business challenges into actionable analytical requirements
• Lead quarterly business reviews to provide insight into performance, risks, and recommended actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial Analytics and Clinical Development to align methodologies
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to accelerate insight generation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or Life Sciences)
• Significant analytical experience with a proven ability to translate business questions into structured approaches
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within matrix organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Affairs, including omnichannel strategy or evidence generation
• Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas in a global organization
• Knowledge of performance measurement and impact assessment methodologies
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python or R
