Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Document functional specifications, including BRD, FSD, processes, acceptance criteria, and use case diagrams.
• Partner with HR business stakeholders to understand business problems and strategy, delivering roadmaps through collaborative workshops.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to provide efficient, workable options for users.
• Define business requirements using Agile frameworks and Jira tools.
• Prepare EPIC and User Story requirements with a focus on documented acceptance criteria.
• Review QA test plans and strategies, while driving UAT and final sign-offs.
• Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts on Agile and Scrum practices.
• Build training curricula and user guides for HR end-users and administrators.
• Support rollout plans, including communication, pilot groups, and post-go-live hypercare.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience as an HCM Business Analyst or HRMS Analyst.
• At least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or upgrade project experiences.
• Proven track record of delivering full-cycle HCM projects (requirements to hyper-care).
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills for BRD and FSD.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS to Oracle HCM Cloud upgrades.
• Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist (or newer).
• Knowledge of statutory requirements in EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions.
• Understanding of technology obsolescence, compliance risk, and application inventory (DR, RTO/RPO).
