Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Business leaders to identify opportunities for funnel optimization and revenue growth
• Develop analytical frameworks to measure product performance across the customer journey
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, conversion, engagement, and retention
• Define, monitor, and communicate key product performance metrics and KPIs
• Lead measurement planning for new product launches and experiments
• Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product changes and business impact
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design and maintain foundational data assets and event tracking strategies
• Build dashboards and self-service analytics tools to empower stakeholders
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices across the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages
• Strong experience analyzing customer journeys and conversion funnels
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing methodologies
• Experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to drive business outcomes
• Strong understanding of data modeling, event tracking, and analytics architecture
• Experience with BI and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketplace, fintech, lending, or consumer-facing digital products
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience building event taxonomies and measurement frameworks
