Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities
• Build analytical insights and tools to help set and monitor business performance goals
• Work closely with the Managing Director to build long-term strategy for Mexico
• Collect and analyze performance data across sales, marketing, and operations to drive alignment
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Conduct market research and analyze technology trends to drive business best practices
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to leadership

Requirements

• Degree in statistics, data analysis, business administration, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, business strategy, management consulting, or project management
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced technology or logistics environment
• Background in financial analysis or strategic planning
