Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act at the intersection of data, market, and strategy to generate insights for B2B credit origination, segmentation, and pricing
• Translate portfolio, competition, and sales funnel information into concrete actions to improve credit product performance
• Perform client portfolio segmentation to identify risk patterns, origination potential, and profitability
• Conduct share of wallet and market potential studies to map growth opportunities
• Monitor and analyze the sales and credit origination funnel to identify bottlenecks
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards for commercial and product metrics (approval rates, average ticket, spread, conversion)
• Support Go-to-Market and Credit teams with pricing and segmentation strategies
• Build executive narratives and recommendations for leadership based on data
• Partner with Data Engineering, Portfolio, and Collections teams to ensure data consistency

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields
• Experience in business analysis, market intelligence, commercial planning, or credit (preferably B2B or Fintech)
• Experience interpreting performance indicators such as NPL, conversion, profitability, and ROE
• Proficiency in SQL and large database manipulation
• Knowledge of Python (pandas, matplotlib, seaborn) or equivalent analytical tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis
• Ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences
