About the role
Responsibilities
- Distribute opportunities considering consultant capacity and profile
- Offer daily support to the commercial team regarding doubts, flows, and adjustments
- Ensure adherence and quality to established commercial processes
- Ensure quality and governance of Salesforce (SF)
- Conduct and evolve commercial routines and governance
- Develop and apply recurring training
- Produce, organize, and update playbooks and commercial support materials
- Monitor the ramp-up of new consultants
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or Commercial Planning
- Knowledge of CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and dashboard/BI tools
- Strong communication and strategic business vision
- Organization and delivery capacity in dynamic, fast-growing environments
- Analytical capacity for funnel reading, KPI definition, and data-driven decision making
