Responsibilities

• Map operations, flows, and processes, identifying root causes of operational losses and proposing structural solutions
• Lead critical initiatives, defining roadmaps, indicators, and governance, while ensuring the monitoring and execution of defined plans
• Act as a reference in the continuous evolution of logistics operations, identifying productivity opportunities and structuring OKRs related to operational efficiency
• Identify manual activities, design automated flows, and apply new technologies to increase productivity
• Conduct strategic visits to sellers and partners, mapping operations and leading improvement implementations

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and data analysis
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and automation
• Experience building and managing analytical dashboards with tools like Looker, Power BI, or Metabase
• Ability to transform data analysis into executive recommendations
• Familiarity with AI agents and automations
• Knowledge of e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Customer focus and ownership mindset with ability to work autonomously in multidisciplinary teams
