Responsibilities

• Manage the squad and coordinate strategic projects
• Map and understand delivery driver pain points, proposing solutions in collaboration with Product, Finance, Design, and Logistics
• Analyze data and communicate insights clearly and objectively
• Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools to monitor perceived gains
• Perform executive presentations, communicating results and influencing stakeholders
• Conduct market research and monitor competition
• Act as a strategic PMO, managing the roadmap and prioritizing initiatives

Requirements

• Mastery of SQL for queries and dashboard creation
• Highly structured analytical reasoning
• Experience with data analysis and process structuring projects
• Stakeholder management in complex and multidisciplinary environments
• High autonomy, problem-solving, and execution skills
• Result-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal skills and creative thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Databricks, or similar
• Product knowledge
