Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for development teams
• Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
• Partner with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectives
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and meetings
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure project success
• Mentor junior business analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and wireframing tools
• Strong understanding of technology stacks, APIs, and system integrations
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of process modeling and improvement techniques
