About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality end-to-end reporting and analytical services
- Prepare P&L reporting structures, Actuals vs. Forecast, and identify variance causes
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Finance, CXOs, HR, and Program Managers
- Understand cost drivers to provide insights to leadership
- Prepare and review monthly forecasting and full-year plans
- Organize delivery of KPI-relevant parameters for monthly management scorecards
- Perform comprehensive analysis and modeling of structural relationships including FTE and what-if scenarios
- Drive cost efficiencies across the firm and own the cost pool
- Resolve issues timely and work with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in less structured environments
- Strong communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Proven ability to manage time and meet business requirements
