Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide expert operational support by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and continuously improving business practices.
• Determine business needs through highly technical analysis and reporting to achieve company and department goals.
• Produce detailed reports based on data analysis and industry trends to convey patterns and areas for improvement.
• Source, compile, and interpret data at an advanced level to direct analysis output and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement process enhancements and modifications to improve business efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, modeling, or reporting, OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in Analytics, modeling, or reporting.
• Proficiency in SAS applications.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated deep expertise in Talent Acquisition and recruiting functions.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with iCIMS or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of HR risk management and compliance.
• Experience with database management and data integrity practices.
