Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery phases and workshops with customers to cover key business and product requirements
• Manage project scope, requirements management, and impact on existing requirements
• Create business requirements, user stories, mockups, functional specifications, and technical requirements
• Collaborate closely with development teams on backlog grooming and technical solution design
• Communicate regularly with internal product, account management, and business teams as well as external stakeholders
• Prepare UAT scenarios and validation cases, and conduct User Acceptance Testing
• Perform demos for internal stakeholders and create user/technical guides

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business, System, or Functional Analyst
• Proficiency in writing User Stories, Use Cases, and functional/non-functional requirements
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of SQL, UML, and BPMN
• Understanding of UX/UI practices and the software development lifecycle
• Understanding of web-based application architecture
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software development or the finance domain
• Experience delivering desktop and web applications
• Experience with successful system integration projects
